Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Marketplace team’s design strategy aligned with company goals and user needs
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of designers and managers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create user-centered solutions
- Establish and communicate a cohesive design vision with short- and long-term planning
- Review and refine designs, roadmaps, and strategies to ensure quality and alignment
- Drive integration of new features and technologies while maintaining seamless user experiences
- Balance big-picture strategy with actionable, incremental improvements
- Advocate for design’s role across the organization, inspiring innovation and quality
Education
- Relevant higher education degree preferred
- Strong background in design, UX, or related fields
