Sales Development Representative

The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and driven SDR to serve as the first point of contact for potential Workana Premium clients. You’ll own prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation through both outbound campaigns and inbound leads, setting the stage for our Sales Executives to close

Key Responsibilities

  • Target and Prospect: Research and identify mid-market companies in the US that can benefit from Workana Premium.
  • Outreach Execution: Run outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Lead Qualification: Engage inbound inquiries and outbound responses to determine fit, need, and budget.
  • Pipeline Management: Book meetings and demos for AEs; keep CRM (HubSpot) updated.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing to optimize messaging, follow-up cadences, and conversion strategies.
  • Reporting: Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report weekly.
  • Brand Ambassador: Communicate the quality, flexibility, and value of Workana Premium.

What a Day in the Office Will Look like

  • 150/200 Cold Calls: Connect with decision-makers at mid-market companies across the U.S.
  • 100+ Emails Sent: Execute targeted, value-driven outreach using tested templates and personalized messaging.
  • 40+ LinkedIn InMails & Outreach Messages: Engage prospects with compelling social touches as part of a multi-channel sequence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book qualified meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoffs with detailed prospect notes.
  • Team Huddles & Syncs: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sales meetings to review performance, learnings, and align on goals.
  • 3–4 years in SDR roles. Bonus if in Staffing environments.
  • Confident communicator on phone and email, with excellent written skills.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools like Apollo.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Comfortable with remote work and independent execution.
  • Understanding of mid-market sales dynamics is a plus.
  • Be part of a growing, cross‑functional sales team focused on scaling in the US.
  • Great mentorship from experienced Sales Executives and leadership.
