Skills
- Knowledge or ability to learn trauma-informed principles and practices.

- General computer proficiency including Shopette programs such as Tableau, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to effectively work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with WellPower, State, and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation.
- Develop workflows, communication channels, and procedures for the vocational rehabilitation program.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the team.
- Complete comprehensive vocational assessments using aptitude and interest tools.
- Coordinate care between rehabilitation staff and clinical teams.
- Develop individualized training plans for program consumers.
- Coordinate consumer activities at workstations or external employers.
- Monitor and document consumer progress and services.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports and clinical documentation.
- Participate in pre-vocational partial care services and rehabilitative educational opportunities.
- Plan and facilitate social activities within the community and the program.
- Maintain trauma-informed environment promoting wellbeing.
- Supervise interns and assign work to others.
- Perform other duties supporting consumer employment and recovery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation or related field with 3 years vocational rehabilitation experience, or
- Master's degree in vocational rehabilitation or related field with 1 year vocational rehabilitation experience.
