Launch is a real estate consulting firm that helps developers finance public infrastructure through special taxing districts like CFDs, PIDs, and MUDs. Founded in 2018 by CPA and development finance expert Carter Froelich, the firm brings over 40 years of experience and has helped structure more than $20 billion in public improvements. Launch exclusively serves the private sector, with a focus on financing infrastructure, reducing costs, and mitigating risk, all with the goal of enhancing project profitability and returns.
