Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate complex meetings and events with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information regarding business strategies and partnerships.
- Serve as an extension of the Chief Business Officer to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Organize domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and support special projects and team initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day administrative needs and problem solving to keep the CBO organized.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Education
- No specific degree required but relevant professional experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
