Senior Backend Engineer – Identity Security & Agentic Systems
Skills
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Golang or Java.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and familiarity with their IAM services.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the IAM platform with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to deliver product features aligned with business and security standards.
- Develop Access Intelligence capabilities to extract actionable insights from customer environments.
- Implement identity lifecycle management including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.
- Establish logging, monitoring, and auditing solutions ensuring regulatory compliance and visibility.
- Continuously optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging identity and access management technologies to drive innovation.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
