Job Description
An Ideal Patient Care Manager Thrives:
- Plan, organize, and manage the clerical aspect of the clinic, including preparation, communication, and coordination of important operations of designated clinic.
- Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service.
- Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answering questions and scheduling patients.
- Verifying personal and financial information.
- Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
- Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and HIPPA regulations.
Qualifications
Patient Care Manager Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Close attention to details
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Able to start work when our clinics open (7am)
- Minimum of 3 years in medical administrative position with proficient insurance knowledge (Preferred)
