URW’s Media and Experiential Sales Division - Westfield Rise is reinventing how brands connect with consumers through DOOH media, experiential activations, and long-term integrated partners at URW’s iconic locations. We are currently looking for:

A national sales leader who can leverage existing relationships and years of experience (12+) to sell across multiple lifestyle centers and transit hubs within Westfield’s iconic assets located in top US DMAs. This role will be responsible for selling national advertising and partnership programs, with a focus on programmatic, and must be able to successfully bundle assets to drive value for brands while generating maximum revenue. Individual will need to have a strong understanding of how to drive revenue and be extremely effective in selling-in Westfield’s audience advantage.

The Director, Media and Partnership will report to the VP, Media and Partnership and be responsible for meeting annual sales goals by managing assigned East Coast agencies and clients, with an emphasis on expanding the programmatic offering.

In this role, the Director, Media and Partnership will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, leveraging programmatic and direct client/agency engagements
  • Bundle assets effectively to maximize brand value and revenue
  • Drive innovation beyond video and DOOH, utilizing Westfield’s audience advantage
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders, influencing decisions at leadership levels

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven success in OOH, DOOH, Programmatic, or digital industry sales
  • Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and business strategy expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, visual, and verbal
  • Creative thinker with execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable to innovation, and collaborative

Compensation

  • Exempt
  • $140K – $180K per year + Discretionary Annual Bonus (40%)
