Corporate FP&A Manager

Upgrade is a leading fintech company focused on providing affordable credit and mobile banking products to everyday consumers. They seek a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead financial planning cycles and partner cross-functionally supporting the company’s strategic financial objectives.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial planning software, ideally Pigment.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate FP&A forecasting calendars, consolidate financial data, and lead analysis of variance and risk.
  • Partner with business unit finance leads and department heads to provide financial guidance and ensure goal alignment.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and lead automation projects including implementation of Pigment for forecasting and budgeting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
