Corporate FP&A Manager
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial planning software, ideally Pigment.
- Familiarity with Netsuite, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and present complex data clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate FP&A forecasting calendars, consolidate financial data, and lead analysis of variance and risk.
- Partner with business unit finance leads and department heads to provide financial guidance and ensure goal alignment.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and lead automation projects including implementation of Pigment for forecasting and budgeting.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
