Job Summary / PurposeThe System Director, Employee Health is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive employee health program and ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all employees of CommonSpirit Health. The System Director, Employee Health will lead a team of health professionals and collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to create and deliver innovative programs that improve employee health outcomes and employee safety, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years relevant work experience, or a combination of relevant education and/or experience that demonstrates the required minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities, as outlined in the job description.A minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role, managing a team of health professionals.
