Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of an associate’s degree in office administration, business management, business administration, or a related field
At least three years of experience in library services, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with bibliographic databases, library catalogs, and the circulation module of an integrated library system
Education or work experience in the visual arts or related disciplines
Experience with hiring and supervising a range of employees, including appointed and non-appointed personnel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to public service
Ability to perform detail-oriented work with accuracy
Ability to multi-task
