Summary of Job Duties:

The UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture seeks a qualified candidate for the Extra Help Assistant/Internship position. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in history, public history, library science, or information science, or related discipline.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist archivists with a range of archival assignments; 

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of word processing programs;

• Knowledge of spreadsheet programs;

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
