Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams to address compensation questions and concerns.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of sales incentive programs, policies, and systems.
- Explain complex compensation calculations and resolve escalations.
- Analyze sales performance and key compensation metrics; prepare executive presentations.
- Manage quota, employee, and hierarchy data ensuring accuracy in compensation payments.
- Project manage new compensation plan launches and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Education
- Relevant higher education preferred but not strictly required.
