Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts for accuracy, completeness, and standard terms compliance
- Validate supporting documentation including order forms and pricing terms
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve contract discrepancies
- Monitor contract compliance with commercial guidelines and legal risk policies
- Flag and escalate non-standard contract terms for review and approval
- Maintain accurate contract records and version control in contract repository or CRM
- Track contract renewals, end dates, and notice periods in a centralized system
- Partner with account managers and customer success teams to initiate renewals
- Provide visibility on upcoming renewals through dashboards and reports
