Responsibilities
- Organize all project elements including continuities, elements, and deadlines
- Coordinate with producers to cover all project tasks
- Maintain logs of continuities and latest cuts sent
- Ensure deadlines are met by checking in with editors, graphics, and voice-over teams
- Communicate notes and updates between producers, clients, and editors
- Manage delivery of new cuts and requested client materials
- Coordinate with assistant editors, graphics, music, and finishing departments
- Schedule and oversee voiceover or narration sessions
- Assist with award show submissions and other client requests
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
