Financial Advisor

A reputable partner organization is seeking a Financial Advisor. This is a fully on-site position, and relocation to or near Kirkland or Lynwood, Washington is required, with relocation support provided.

This role focuses on guiding clients through retirement planning, providing clear and reliable advice to help them achieve long-term financial security. Advisors in this role do not need to prospect for new clients, as qualified appointments are scheduled in advance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized retirement plans
• Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and managed portfolios
• Provide financial planning advice covering investments, insurance, and retirement needs
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet individual and team goals by following established processes and procedures
• Participate in public seminars to deliver financial education and information
• Attend weekly meetings via Zoom

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial services
• Licenses:
• State Insurance License (required)
• Series 65 License, or Series 7/66 combination (required)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, database management, and familiarity with Windows and Mac iOS

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
• Additional Compensation: 10% commission in the first year, with the option to move to 25% commission if preferred and up to 30% in future years. Quarterly and annual performance incentives are also offered.
