Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success Managers with account configuration and billing changes.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Success and Technical Support/Product teams.
- Monitor customer health and proactively flag risks or opportunities.
- Assist with report preparation and user guides for customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
- Identify signs of customer disengagement and alert Success Managers.
- Log customer feedback to influence product development.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
