Customer Success Specialist

ThinkReservations, a leading hospitality technology platform, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support clients in maximizing their subscription value. This role will involve closely collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Skills

  • Experience in Customer Success or SaaS support
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Managers with account configuration and billing changes.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success and Technical Support/Product teams.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively flag risks or opportunities.
  • Assist with report preparation and user guides for customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
  • Identify signs of customer disengagement and alert Success Managers.
  • Log customer feedback to influence product development.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
