Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

ThinkReservations is a leading hospitality technology platform seeking a motivated Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and help them maximize our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Conduct remote training sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Address and overcome clients’ unique product concerns.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
