    • Design and lead professional development (PD) focused on classroom management, trauma-informed practices, culturally responsive strategies, and building student-teacher relationships.
    • Provide targeted coaching and modeling for teachers, especially those new to the profession or struggling with behavior management, including side-by-side support, debriefs, and implementation feedback.
    • Partner with instructional coaches and school leaders to align academic and culture supports, ensuring teachers are equipped to maintain a productive learning environment that supports all learners.
