Virtual Customer Support & Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a Virtual Customer Support & Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assisting with the enrollment process for our services. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with the enrollment process

  • Provide product information and support to customers

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
