Responsibilities
- Coordinate with staff and Legal department on development and improvement of agreements and contracts.
- Monitor contract compliance using various methods and techniques.
- Oversee division purchasing procedures and monitor requests.
- Supervise staff performing procurement and contract-related duties.
- Assist with investigation and verification of complaints and vendor work orders.
- Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain records management to support contract retention requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex financial issues related to budgeting and purchasing.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, human resources or related field
