Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Engage with customers in person to assess financial needs
- Provide knowledgeable advice on Title, Payday, and Signature Loan products
- Learn all aspects of the business to better serve customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or military experience preferred
