About the role

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Teleskope, you’ll drive strategic initiatives by managing projects, aligning stakeholders, and optimizing execution across teams. You will work closely with customer engineers, infrastructure teams, core engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, while managing competing needs and expectations.

What you’ll do

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

• Project Management: Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while tracking progress and mitigating risks.

• Execution & Delivery: Drive timely execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

• Process Optimization: Implement best practices to streamline product development workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and resolutions, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

About you

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or product management.

• Process-oriented mindset, and excellent organization and coordination skills

• Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly desirable, as you will help steer cross-functional initiatives involving data architecture and security services.

• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, support, and customer success to understand client needs and ensure seamless integration of their feedback into the product roadmap.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience driving execution and aligning teams across engineering, infrastructure, and product functions.

• Must be based in NYC (hybrid work model).
