We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Power Originator to lead origination efforts for thermal generation assets in the ERCOT market. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, and executing complex bilateral power transactions that optimize the value of a thermal generation portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record in structuring and closing deals involving gas-fired generation, tolling agreements, and capacity products.
