This role will work closely with the Director of Business Planning to develop, execute, and implement employee lifecycle surveys such as the employee engagement survey. You’ll work on high-impact projects that have a significant impact on the university community and assist in the management and oversight of on-campus surveys. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, project management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties/Tasks:
Leadership and Strategic Planning
Assists in developing, implementing, and executing overall strategic plans of employee lifecycle surveys, including onboarding and exit, employee engagement, and pulse surveys and leads strategic planning for assigned areas.
Establishes performance goals and analyzes metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Leads and directs strategic initiatives and ensures objectives are met.
Survey Management and Oversight
Supports and assists in the management and oversight of on-campus surveys.
Reviews survey data for compliance with university guidelines.
Collaborates with other members of the Survey Advisory Committee to develop best practices for survey management.
Assessments and Special Projects
Provides advisory services on ad-hoc basis to other units on campus through assessment projects.
Works on special projects for the university.
Program Coordination and Technical Support
Reviews and refines employee lifecycle program activities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinates employee lifecycle action planning with units on campus.
Builds employee lifecycle surveys and dashboards within Qualtrics.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepares detailed reports and presentations regarding surveys and ensures that program goals are consistent with Program and System missions.
Develops reports in support of the employee lifecycle program.
Conducts data analysis.
External Relations and Collaboration
Facilitates relationships with internal and external clients, customers, and other interest groups.
Engages with stakeholders to foster collaboration and address programmatic needs.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eight years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with managing or creating surveys, preferably using Qualtrics EX and/ or XM.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Experience working in higher education, particularly the Texas A&M University System.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Knowledge of management development programs and implementation, budget oversight, and strategic planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
