Demand Generation Manager

As the Demand Generation Manager at an early-stage company, we’re looking for a candidate who isn’t afraid to try anything. This role offers an incredible opportunity to have a direct impact on our success and help us lead the way in an emerging industry category. We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about marketing and want to make a difference.

We know marketing can often be a cycle of jargon, buzzwords, and overused stock images. Our marketing team is moving beyond random acts of marketing and the “typical” playbook to create repeatable revenue for our organization by bringing creativity and uniqueness to the equation while driving reliable and repeatable results.

As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with the sales team to bring campaigns to life and fuel our pipeline. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a detail-oriented executor who’s not afraid to think big and embrace new challenges.

What You Will Get to Do:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline
  • Plan and manage impactful campaigns, including webinars, email marketing, digital ads, and more
  • Assist with the creation of customer-centric programs and events
  • Work with the cross-functional team to assist in campaign insights
  • Work with design and content teams to run experiments on creative, copy, and web optimizations
  • Assist in managing paid media campaigns and contribute to website enhancements to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Think outside the box to introduce fresh ideas that improve the prospect and customer experience to elevate our brand.
What You Can Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
    • Demand Generation, Growth, Content, or Field Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience and success in designing and executing integrated marketing programs such as ABM campaigns, paid media, webinars, customer initiatives, and in-person events.
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills
  • Proven collaboration and experience working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and external partners
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive approach to maintaining an organized and efficient inbox
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must
    • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Figma, Asana, and paid ad platforms would be a plus.
  • A background in Cloud Security, SaaS, MDR, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience with project management is a plus

Preferred location in Dallas, TX

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data.

Full Time Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
