Chief Operations Officer – STATARA
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and enhance our operational strategies and workforce management, with a focus on maximizing productivity and driving the company’s profitability. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the organization through continuous contact between stakeholders, managers, and employees. The Chief Operations Officer assists the CEO in managing the overall operating budget for the organization to account for compensation, bonuses, raises, and other associated employee costs with an eye toward profitability. The COO oversees the work of all employees within the organization and works to cultivate a work environment in which each team member feels valued and understands their role in contributing to the company's success. This role reports to the CEO.
