POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Residential Director, the PCA Manager ensures that assigned Personal Care Alternatives (PCAs) operate in accordance with the agency’s mission, policies, and quality standards, as well as comply with federal, state, and county regulations. The PCA Manager oversees the continuous and efficient daily operations of the PCA Program and performs all responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
