Position Summary:
Coordinates the prevention, investigation, and resolution of medical-legal and injury incidents occurring within the Hospital’s venue. Assists in development and implementation of all aspects of the Risk Management and Corporate Compliance programs. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Nursing Degree Required, Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
Experience: Minimum of three years of healthcare risk management and/or healthcare compliance experience preferred
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri. Current Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred
