Responsibilities
- Own and manage HR systems including HRIS and benefits administration platforms, ensuring data integrity and providing user support and training.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, promotions, terminations with proper documentation.
- Execute new hire onboarding sessions and verify I-9 compliance.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Administer day-to-day benefits and assist with annual benefits plan analysis and selection.
- Review invoices and support 401(k) plan communication and compliance testing.
- Advise on compliance and reporting for federal, state, and local HR laws and benefit programs.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and deploy HR initiatives aligned with company strategy, including training and culture development.
- Create and update HR policies and employee handbooks for U.S. and U.K.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and policy compliance across multiple locations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required.
- SHRM or PHR certification considered a plus.
