Responsibilities
- Create, update, and deliver enablement experiences through live and remote training sessions for the Sales team.
- Identify and address gaps in sales processes and tech stack adoption.
- Serve as liaison between segment stakeholders and the Revenue Enablement team.
- Design training materials and manage segment onboarding and continuing education programs.
- Project manage ad-hoc training requests and develop learning solutions on topics like product launches and sales acumen.
- Work with Revenue Operations and Enablement Tools management to analyze data from Gong, Salesforce, and LMS to measure impact.
- Maintain and audit LMS and knowledge base, ensuring course accuracy and completion tracking.
- Ensure effective communication, project management, and timely delivery of enablement initiatives.
