Spring Health is a leading mental healthcare company focused on removing barriers to mental health through clinically validated technology. They are seeking a Revenue Enablement Trainer to create and deliver training programs that empower Sales teams, collaborate with multiple departments, and modernize learning experiences to drive sales success.

Skills

  • Experience with content design and enablement tools such as Google Suite, Canva, Looker, Salesforce, Articulate 360, Absorb, and Gong.
  • Strong knowledge of go-to-market sales motions and enablement materials.
  • Proactive project management skills.
  • Ability to design blended learning solutions that clarify complex topics.
  • Data synthesis skills to support decision making.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and deliver enablement experiences through live and remote training sessions for the Sales team.
  • Identify and address gaps in sales processes and tech stack adoption.
  • Serve as liaison between segment stakeholders and the Revenue Enablement team.
  • Design training materials and manage segment onboarding and continuing education programs.
  • Project manage ad-hoc training requests and develop learning solutions on topics like product launches and sales acumen.
  • Work with Revenue Operations and Enablement Tools management to analyze data from Gong, Salesforce, and LMS to measure impact.
  • Maintain and audit LMS and knowledge base, ensuring course accuracy and completion tracking.
  • Ensure effective communication, project management, and timely delivery of enablement initiatives.
