Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor activity, schedules, and workflow
- Resolve non-conformance issues and document rework
- Manage and mentor a team of Spacecraft Cleanliness Technicians
- Review and improve work instructions and planning
- Organize training programs and maintain cross-training matrix
- Perform vehicle cleaning and inspections to avoid integration delays
- Monitor labor hours and implement time management improvements
- Communicate job expectations and appraise results
- Develop and implement cost reduction and efficiency measures
- Collaborate with production leaders for process improvements
- Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications
- Maintain tooling and supply inventory
- Support recruiting through candidate evaluations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or natural sciences (preferred)
- OR relevant technician/inspector experience in manufacturing
