Responsibilities
- Conduct quality evaluations and audits following DoorDash policies
- Become an expert on Merchant Services' internal processes and vendor workflows
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement
- Support newly hired auditors with live assistance
- Participate in regular calibration sessions
- Communicate actionable data and insights to internal and global teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to maintain process alignment
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
