Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team focused on end-to-end hardware reliability.
- Develop team members aligned with strategic goals of Starlink Aviation.
- Investigate hardware failures and identify root causes to improve reliability.
- Ensure long-term product reliability and compliance with certification requirements.
- Create tools and metrics to monitor hardware performance and drive improvements.
- Manage configuration, change, and risk for highly reliable hardware.
- Oversee hardware returns and implement design improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines, customers, and production teams to maximize reliability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
- Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
