Responsibilities
- Advisory and technical lead for complex customer solutions.
- Leverage advanced Smartsheet knowledge including new features and integrations.
- Identify and articulate customer business problems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and executives to drive impactful initiatives.
- Mentor team members and uphold high service delivery standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights.
- Conduct workshops, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
- Develop and deliver consultative services and new intellectual property.
- Support customer events and marketing collaborations.
- Assist account teams in strategic pursuits and expanding customer relationships.
- Maintain expert certifications and perform billable client engagements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
