Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Administrative Assistant- Front Desk

Location: Stevens Point, WI – Corporate Office

Starting wage: $16.65 - $18.31 (hourly rate commensurate with experience)  

As our Customer Success Administrative Assistant – Front Desk, you’ll be the welcoming face of Skyward, ensuring every visitor and caller receives a warm, professional experience. You’ll also provide vital clerical and administrative support to our Customer Success team, helping us deliver exceptional service and maintain smooth operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Maintain front desk security procedures and issue visitor badges
  • Support the department with clerical tasks, reports, and project tracking
  • Coordinate WebEx sessions and send follow-up communications
  • Process expense reports and assist with basic accounting tasks

What you’ll need:

  • Formal education is a plus but not required, relevant professional experience preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
  • A professional, upbeat, and energetic attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with office systems like SharePoint, WebEx, and internal scheduling tools
