Vice President, Partnerships

ShipBob is a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform serving SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants. They are seeking a Vice President of Partnerships to architect and scale a high-impact global partner ecosystem, accelerating pipeline creation, sales cycles, and merchant value through strategic partnerships across technology, agency, and shipping domains.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global partnership strategies targeting pipeline generation, sales acceleration, and customer retention.
  • Manage partnerships across ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, returns, marketing agencies, and shipping providers.
  • Establish success frameworks and align internal teams around partner activation and utilization priorities.
  • Own revenue-impacting goals related to partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align partner priorities and drive joint GTM initiatives.
  • Develop repeatable partner-led GTM and co-selling playbooks across market segments.
  • Expand integrations and partnerships to improve merchant outcomes and platform extensibility.
  • Lead executive partnership management including business reviews and strategic alignment.
  • Implement partner analytics and reporting to optimize partner program investments.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Partnerships team fostering a results-driven culture.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
