Position Overview
The Assistant manager External Repair Vendor Manager is responsible for overseeing third-party vendors that perform mobile device repairs. This role ensures that all external repair operations meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the 3rd party vendor refurbish operations
• Provide operation guidance to vendors and ensure the operation KPI is met
• Oversee and complete all administrative responsibilities required for refurbish repair process
• Manage the inventory for refurbish repair process
• Production progress control (Lead-time, Process)
• Compile weekly/monthly refurbish repair operation report
• Report on critical performance metrics on a routine basis
• Responsible for routine or standard technical problems and responds to standard requests from internal and external customers

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-5 years of job-related experience
• Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access
• Experience conducting internal and third-party audits required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analysis
• Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred
• Prior experience in logistics and/or telecommunications
