Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on the product creation process, providing strategic guidance to teams and stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product creation calendar to optimize timelines and efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate calendars for merchandising and design activities across seasons and product categories.
- Lead day-to-day project and workflow management with consistent communication of procedures and status updates.
- Ensure team alignment with timeline deadlines and secure necessary approvals for project phases.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to identify business needs and process improvements.
- Establish and uphold organizational standards for documentation and workflow.
- Support planning and recommend enhancements to tools and processes.
- Monitor project progress, develop communication materials, and proactively resolve issues.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
