Skills
- Strong RF engineering and system design capabilities
- Experience with cascaded device and link budget analyses
- PCB design, prototyping, and space-grade product development
- Familiarity with RF simulation tools such as HFSS
- Technical communication and documentation skills
- Project and program management experience
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain RF product requirements and specifications
- Design, prototype, and support development of RF products including PCB layout and packaging
- Collaborate with test and manufacturing engineers for product introduction
- Develop test plans, documentation, and support production automation
- Provide technical program and customer support throughout development lifecycle
- Participate in engineering reviews and troubleshoot anomalies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Communications, or related engineering field
