Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling and functionally robust front-end interfaces for business web applications. As a vital part of the development team, you’ll work closely with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and back-end developers to ensure seamless alignment between design intent and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret project requirements and translate them into interactive design and front-end components.
- Design wireframes and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
- Transform UI/UX designs into responsive, maintainable, and performance-optimized front-end components.
- Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or SASS.
- Implement dynamic, interactive features using JavaScript or TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Use GitHub or Azure Repos for version control and collaborative development.
- Work with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate clearly across cross-functional teams and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
- 5+ years of experience designing web applications with a strong focus on UI/UX.
- 5+ years of experience using design/prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to translate design mockups into fully functional front-end code.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or SASS.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of modern front-end build systems and package managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Portfolio of previous work showcasing both UI/UX designs and front-end development projects (required for consideration).
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Material UI (MUI).
- Interest in keeping up with the latest UX/UI trends and front-end development technologies.
- Experience working with .NET Web APIs (a plus).
