Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and new platforms
- Develop and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies driving conversion and customer lifetime value
- Manage affiliate recruitment, commissions, and performance
- Collaborate with ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams to test and iterate creative content and landing pages
- Coordinate with external agencies on budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance
- Forecast, monitor, and report channel performance with actionable insights
- Design and lead A/B testing and growth experiments for scalable marketing strategies
