SUMMARY
Resolute Road Hospitality is looking for a talented Task Force Manager to join our team. The Task Force Manager will be assigned to different properties as needed and will be stationed there for different periods of time, based on need. The Task Force Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, day-to-day staff management and guest satisfaction. They will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximize operations and guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Serve as the acting General Manager, assuming full operational oversight of the property during transitional periods.
· Maintain brand standards and corporate policies while tailoring leadership to the unique culture and needs of each property.
· Monitor daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Analyze property performance metrics and implement short-term action plans to achieve budgeted goals.
· Provide clear leadership and coaching to property-level department heads and team members.
· Foster a positive work environment with open communication, accountability, and team cohesion during the interim leadership period.
· Assist in onboarding or transitioning permanent property leadership, where applicable.
· Monitor and manage property P&L statements, labor productivity, and expense controls.
· Support revenue management strategies and contribute to sales and marketing efforts, as needed.
· Maintain clear and timely communication with corporate leadership and regional management on operational status, challenges, and milestones.
· Assist in the operational transition and onboarding during the takeover of newly acquired or properties entering into a new management agreement, ensuring alignment with company standards and a smooth handoff.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Five to seven years’ experience in the hotel industry required
· Previous supervisory experience (required).
· Must be able to travel extensively
SKILLS & INTANGIBLES
· Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language (required); ability to speak other languages (desired)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Possess proficient computer skills including proficient knowledge of MS Office products, knowledge of brand operating systems (preferred)
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and desire to participate as part of a team
· Able to work in fast paced environment
· Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
