We're looking for a sharp, data-driven SEM Strategist to lead integrated search marketing strategies across paid (PPC) and organic (SEO) channels. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youโll plan and manage campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and support business growthโwhile continuously optimizing performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and major search engines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies combining SEO and PPC for maximum ROI.
- Own the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns: strategy, build, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead keyword research that informs both ad campaigns and SEO content strategy.
- Perform technical SEO audits and oversee implementation with internal or external dev teams.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in blog posts, landing pages, and site structure.
-Monitor and report on KPIs for both paid and organic channels.
- Run A/B ad tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Stay current on search engine algorithms, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience managing both SEO and PPC campaigns, with at least 1 year of experience working in the US market.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz.
- Proven experience driving traffic and conversions through integrated SEM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort working with data to identify patterns and performance opportunities.
- Ability to communicate strategy and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindsetโable to lead initiatives and coordinate with content, design, and dev teams.
- Advanced english level (C1/C2)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with tools like Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI for reporting.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress.
