Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex advertising problem spaces such as auction optimization, auto-bidding, and ad performance.
- Develop, build, and deploy predictive models, optimization frameworks, and decision-support systems for the ads marketplace.
- Define core business and performance metrics and design methodologies to measure impacts on advertiser ROI and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams to align and execute strategic goals.
- Mentor team members and champion best practices in modeling, experimentation, and measurement.
- Apply causal inference, auction theory, and large-scale data system expertise to solve novel ad market challenges.
Education
- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
