Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on BSA/AML/OFAC regulations for the company's US entity and meet state licensing requirements
- Develop, enhance, and manage BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs, including KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and SARs
- Understand Ramp’s business risks and implement technical controls for AML and sanctions compliance
- Direct development and execution of policies, procedures, and controls ensuring alignment with Group standards
- Advise Chief Risk Officer and senior management on compliance integration into products and operations
- Provide regular compliance reporting to senior management and Board
- Create and deliver training on BSA/AML/OFAC topics for employees
- Monitor legal developments and industry trends to keep compliance programs current
- Perform special projects including licensing applications and audits
Education
- Relevant higher education degree in law, finance, compliance, or related field
