Responsibilities

- Assess multi-state talent markets and develop geographic-specific recruiting strategies.
- Implement data-driven recruiting practices that uphold quality and employer brand.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage executive recruitment and partner agency oversight.
- Represent Radiant at industry events and strategic recruiting opportunities.
- Continuously optimize recruiting tools, processes, and metrics for efficiency and scalability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
