Operations Associate I

As our Operations Associate I, you will help leverage your clerical experience to review patient information daily and process documents efficiently. Every day you will, review IVR statements, communicate with insurance companies and process patient/client request. To thrive in this role you must, have excellent organization, communication and time management skills to ensure the clients deadlines are met at a high level

*This is a hybrid position*

*Travel is required to Pueblo, CO and Colorado Spring, CO.*

Here’s what you will experience working as an Operations Associate I:

  • You have basic knowledge of EOB’s, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s, HCPCS, DRGs and authorizations/referrals. 
  • You will process itemized documentation from payors per patients request
  • You can keep track of the changes to various clients processes and adjust as needed.
  • You have actively tracked a backlog and prioritizing urgent request as necessary
  • You have worked in EPIC
  • You have a strong understanding of HIPPA

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.29 - $20.36 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
