Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for developers integrating with the RESTful trading API
- Engage actively in developer forums and communities like Reddit and Discord to promote the API and gather feedback
- Triage developer issues, integration challenges, and bugs, escalating as needed to Product and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize the API roadmap based on external developer needs
- Create and maintain technical content including tutorials, reference implementations, and API documentation
- Represent Public at developer events, webinars, and hackathons
- Continuously monitor and improve developer onboarding and integration experiences
