Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger and accounts payable entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash and fixed assets
- Coordinate payment of Trust invoices and prepare quarterly bills
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and propose process improvements
- Assist with monthly, quarterly financial reports and annual audit preparation
- Support tax compliance reporting and FP&A related reporting
- Manage purchase order process and ensure timely closure of POs
- Document finance policies and procedures to enhance controls
- Support departmental initiatives and process improvement projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
